August reservations must be made for a minimum of two weeks, either the first two weeks , or the last two weeks. Alternatively, it is possible to reserve three consecutive weeks.
The prices do not include the cost of electricity, water and gas which will be calculated at the end of the rental period. Pre-payment is required for the final house cleaning in the amount of Euro 50.00

Upon request the owners provide bed linen
supplement for one more bed additional 10 %
To secure a firm reservation a 30% pre-payment is requested. The 70% balance is due upon arrival. In addition to the basic rental fee, a security deposit of Euro 200.00 is requested.
Arrivals are from every Saturday (from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.). Departures are every Saturday (9 a.m.)
