The prices include the cost of electricity, water and gas.

Pre-payment is required for the final villa cleaning in the amount of Euro 40.00.
To secure a firm reservation a 30% pre-payment is requested. The 70% balance is due upon arrival. In addition to the basic rental fee, a security deposit of Euro 100.00 is requested.
