Borgo del Mirto, with holiday house in Selva di Fasano in Apulia, is situated in countryside, about 500 square meters from the Selva, to 2 Km from Fasano town and about 12 km from the sea, a strategic position to reach other famous places of Apulia, and the historical centre of the White City, with its white holiday house, to stay during the vacation.

This is a borgo, typical of the Apulia countryside, which the owners have equipped and furnishing in harmony with respect to the surrounding landscape, and they remember the ancient and typical homes of once for a holiday in countryside between nature and relax.

The guests have common wide external places, large square, garden, and sorrounded by a nature, made from various kinds of plants, including juniper, cherry, orchard, olive grove and terrace ( about 400 square meters) with panoramic view.

Borgo del Mirto, on various levels, has five housing unities, one of which (I Trulli) stay the owners, who rent to guests other four homes, called Pino, Oleandri, Fragole, Zagare.

This property is located in the coutryside, in a isolated position respect to mass tourism.
In Fasano town, to about 2 km far, there are all the services, banks, pub, characteristic "trattorie"(eating house) in the historical center that can be easily reached;

at about 12 km far from Egnazia's excavations, known for the archaeological Museum, and Capitolo, meeting point for the tourists, between equipped beaches in the morning and discos in the evening, nice places for your holidays.

The marine area situated about 12 km far away.
There are two different kinds of coasts:
the reef, which alternates at some small sandy beaches and the long sandy beaches surrounded by sand hills and the Mediterranean scrub, nice places from stay in holiday house in Selva di Fasano in Apulia.

In the Borgo del Mirto there are some small typical way with ancient stone walls, green areas and wide terrace with a barbecue and a table made by a big old olive trees (on request the guests can rent this area).

August reservations must be made for a minimum of two weeks, either the first two weeks , or the last two weeks. Alternatively, it is possible to reserve three consecutive weeks. For the weeks with the 15th of the August you must pay plus 10%
For Home Pino the prices do not include the cost of electricity, water and gas (for a week euro 20,00). Pre-payment is required for the final house cleaning in the amount of Euro 20.00. In addition to the basic rental fee, a security deposit of Euro 100.00 is requested.
For Home Fragole - Home Oleandri - Home Zagare the prices do not include the cost of electricity, water and gas (for a week euro 40,00). Pre-payment is required for the final villa cleaning in the amount of Euro 30.00. In addition to the basic rental fee, a security deposit of Euro 200.00 is requested.
Upon request the owners provide linen at the cost of 15,00 euro for every person for every change.
Arrivals are every Saturday (from 3.30 p.m. to 8 p.m.). Departures are every Saturday (9 a.m.)

New: we also have convention with the Restaurant Holiday on the sea near a small sandy beach. At Lunch it offers at our guests touristic menùs with low special prices. This restaurant-pizzeria is also opened in the evening.
