each housing unity has a dining room with sofa bed (double), small kitchen with all necessary utensils and crockery, a bedroom with 2 beds, a second bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom.

There is TV, washing machine, air conditioning with air cold/hot, car park

August reservations must be made for a minimum of two weeks, either the first two weeks , or the last two weeks. Alternatively, it is possible to reserve three consecutive weeks.
The prices do not include the cost of electricity, water and gas, which will be calculated at the end of the rental period. Pre-payment is required for the final villa cleaning in the amount of Euro 30.00.
Arrivals are from every Saturday (from 12 noon to 9 p.m.). Departures are every Saturday (10 a.m.)
