"Villa degli ulivi" has a dining room, wide kitchen with all necessary utensils and crockery, a bedroom with a double bed, second bedroom with a bed and a full bathroom, third bedroom with two beds, two full bathrooms.

August reservations must be made for a minimum of two weeks, either the first two weeks , or the last two weeks. Alternatively, it is possible to reserve three consecutive weeks.
The prices do not include the cost of electricity, water and gas, which will be calculated at the end of the rental period. Pre-payment is required for the final villa cleaning in the amount of Euro 50.00.

To secure a firm reservation a 30% pre-payment is requested. The 70% balance is due upon arrival. In addition to the basic rental fee, a security deposit of Euro 200.00 is requested.
Arrivals are from every Saturday (from 12 noon to 9 p.m.). Departures are every Saturday (10 a.m.)
