this independent house on ground floor is 20 meters from this small sandy beach on the characteristic coast where the reef alternates at some wonderful beaches with Mediterranean green; some beaches are equipped and other beaches are free; long sandy beaches are from 3 km in Rosa Marina, the marine protected area of Lido Morelli to Torre Canne

It is in small centre of Camerini, and it has a dining room, a small kitchen with necessary utensils and crockery, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two beds and a possibility to add another bed with a window on the first bedroom, a full bathroom, small square inside with second external shower

in Camerini and Villanova (they away about 500 meters) there are restaurants, bar tabacchi, mini-market, baker's, chemist's, other shops, some beaches are equipped and other beaches are free; Ostuni town is about 7 km where there are all the services, banks, super-market and its historical centre is also the tourists meeting with many typical shops, characteristic restaurants, disco-pub, funs for the young people, famous local and you can reach easily with your car or the buses from the seaside to the town and return in the morning until the evening (in the summer days also in the night)

August reservations must be made for a minimum of two weeks, either the first two weeks , or the last two weeks. Alternatively, it is possible to reserve three consecutive weeks.
The prices include the cost of electricity, water and gas
Pre-payment is required for the final house cleaning in the amount of Euro 40.00
To secure a firm reservation a 30% pre-payment is requested. The 70% balance is due upon arrival. In addition to the basic rental fee, a security deposit of Euro 100.00 is requested.
Upon request the owners provide bed linen
Arrivals are from every Saturday (from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.). Departures are every Saturday (9 a.m.)
