It is suitable also for 8 people and has wide living room, a kitchen with all necessary utensils and crockery, a bedroom with a double bed with a possibility to add two beds, a second bedroom with two beds, third bedroom with two beds, fourth bedroom with a bed, two full bathrooms.

Every bedroom has TV color, a dish washer; a washing machine, barbecue, heatings,
shower with warm water; car park

The prices include the cost of electricity, water and gas
To the brought back prices over they must be added euro 100,00 weeklies for the maintenance of the swimming pool (it is only available in the summer months)
Pre-payment is required for the final villa cleaning in the amount of Euro 50.00.
Upon request it is possible to have of one maid (300,00 weeklies, excluded Sunday). Upon request we provide bed linen
Reductions in price: 2 weeks 5%, 1 month 10% (excluded the August weeks)
Arrivals are from every Saturday (from 12 noon to 9 p.m.). Departures are every Saturday (10 a.m.)
