This independent apartment, on second floor, is only few meters
from the sea. It is in small small centre, "Camerini", it is near Villanova
the middle of a little seafaring borough

It has wide veranda with a view in front of the
Adriatic Sea, a dining room with sofa bed,
small kitchen with all necessary utensils and
crockery, a bedroom with a double bed, a
second bedroom with three beds, full bathroom;
on the superior floor there is equipped terrace
with external shower, barbecue, where
the guests also can to dinner

There is a TV, a washing machine, barbecue

It accepts small animals

August reservations must be made for a minimum of two weeks, either the first two weeks , or the last two weeks. Alternatively, it is possible to reserve three consecutive weeks.
The prices do not include the cost of electricity, water and gas, which will be calculated at the end of the rental period. Pre-payment is required for the final villa cleaning in the amount of Euro 30.00.
Upon request we provide bed linen at the cost of Euro 8.00 per person.
To secure a firm reservation a 30% pre-payment is requested. The 70% balance is due upon arrival.
Arrivals are from every Saturday (from 12 noon to 9 p.m.). Departures are every Saturday (10 a.m.)
