August reservations must be made for a minimum of two weeks, either the first two weeks , or the last two weeks. Alternatively, it is possible to reserve three consecutive weeks.
The prices do not include the cost of electricity, water and gas (forfait for a week Euro 20,00) . Pre-payment is required for the final house cleaning in the amount of Euro 30.00
In winter months the prices do not include the cost of heatings which will be calculated at the end of the rental period.
Upon request the owners provide bed linen
To secure a firm reservation a 30% pre-payment is requested. The 70% balance is due upon arrival. In addition to the basic rental fee, a security deposit of Euro 150.00 is requested.
Arrivals are from every Saturday (from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.). Departures are every Saturday (9 a.m.)
