it is on first floor and on two levels, has a dining room with small balcony, alcova (room) with sofa bed per two people, small kitchen with all necessary utensils and crockery, a full bathroom and on second floor there is a small bedroom " typical volte a stella " with two bed and a terrace

There is a TV, a washing machine, Air Conditioning with hot and cold air

The prices include the cost of electricity, water and gas
Pre-payment is required for the final house cleaning in the amount of Euro 20.00.
To secure a firm reservation a 30% pre-payment is requested. The 70% balance is due upon arrival. In addition to the basic rental fee, a security deposit of Euro 100.00 is requested.
Upon request we provide bed linen
Arrivals are from every Saturday (from 12 noon to 9 p.m.). Departures are every Saturday (10 a.m.)
