The lodging have two indipendent house with all the conforts (also of
heatings), and common entrance.
The first house (A) can entertain up to four people. It has matrimonial
room, alcove with divan bed for two person, lunch room with angle cooking,
bath with shower and balcony.

The second house (B) can entertain five people. It has two rooms with
matrimonial bed, lunch room with divan bed single, bath with shower and
panoramic terrace with barbecue.

August reservations must be
made for a minimum of two weeks, either the first two weeks , or the
last two weeks. Alternatively, it is possible to reserve three
consecutive weeks. |

The prices do not include the cost of electricity, water and gas,
which will be calculated at the end of the rental period.
Pre-payment is required for the final house cleaning in the amount
of Euro 50.00. |

Upon request we provide bed
linen at the cost of Euro 5.00 per person. |
|
To secure a firm reservation
a 30% pre-payment is requested. The 70% balance is due upon
arrival. In addition to the basic rental fee, a security
deposit of Euro 100.00 is requested. |
|
Arrivals are
from every Saturday (from 12 noon to 9 p.m.). Departures
are every Saturday (10 a.m.) |
