in Villanova there is the port, restaurants, cafè, mini-market, bakers, a chemist and other shops; Villanova is away about 7 km from Ostuni town where there are all the services, banks, super-market and it is also the tourists meeting with many typical shops, characteristic restaurants, disco-pub, funs for the young people and you can reach easily with your car or the buses from the seaside to the town and return in the morning until the evening (in the summer days also in the night)

August reservations must be made for a minimum of two weeks, either the first two weeks , or the last two weeks. Alternatively, it is possible to reserve three consecutive weeks.
The prices do not include the cost of electricity, water and gas, which will be calculated at the end of the rental period. Pre-payment is required for the final villa cleaning in the amount of Euro 50.00.
To secure a firm reservation a 30% pre-payment is requested. The 70% balance is due upon arrival. In addition to the basic rental fee, a security deposit of Euro 200.00 is requested.
Arrivals are from every Saturday (from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.). Departures are every Saturday (9 a.m.)
