"Acero" also has a square and a veranda next to a small garden where you can have dinner and relax yourself

the sandy beaches are from 400 meters, this is a characteristic coast where the reef alternates at some wonderful small beaches with Mediterranean green; some beaches are equipped and other beaches are free; long beaches are from 3 km in Rosa Marina, the marine protected area of Lido Morelli to Torre Canne

It has a dining room (and on request a possibility to add two armchairs bed), small kitchen with necessary utensils and crockery, a bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with two beds in castle with a lucernaio (small window), a full bathroom with shower

Ostuni town is away about 7 km where there are all the services, banks, super-market and the historical centre is also the tourists meeting in many typical shops, characteristic restaurants, disco-pub, funs for the young people, famous cafè and you can reach easily with your car or the buses from the seaside to the town and return in the morning until the evening (in the summer days also in the night)

August reservations must be made for a minimum of two weeks, either the first two weeks , or the last two weeks. Alternatively, it is possible to reserve three consecutive weeks.
The prices do not include the cost of water and gas (forfait for a week euro 10,00).
The prices do not include the cost of electricity which will be calculated at the end of the rental period. Pre-payment is required for the final villa cleaning in the amount of Euro 35.00.
To secure a firm reservation a 30% pre-payment is requested. The 70% balance is due upon arrival. In addition to the basic rental fee, a security deposit of Euro 150.00 is requested.

Arrivals are from every Saturday (from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.). Departures are every Saturday (9 a.m.)
