August reservations must be
made for a minimum of two weeks, either the first two weeks , or the
last two weeks. Alternatively, it is possible to reserve three
consecutive weeks. |

The prices do not include the cost of electricity, water and gas,
which will be calculated at the end of the rental period.
Pre-payment is required for the final villa cleaning in the amount
of Euro 50.00. |
|
To secure a firm reservation
a 30% pre-payment is requested. The 70% balance is due upon
arrival. In addition to the basic rental fee, a security
deposit of Euro 100.00 is requested. |
|
Upon request we provide bed
linen at the cost of Euro 15.00 per a kit. |
|
Arrivals are
from every Saturday (from 12 noon to 9 p.m.). Departures
are every Saturday (10 a.m.) |
