this independent villa is in a private residence made with terraced, It is near Villanova seaside from Ostuni in the middle of the Apulia and from here you can reach easily other cities like Alberobello, Castel del Monte e San Giovanni Rotondo

It is to about 350 meters from the first beaches on a characteristic coast where the reef alternates at some small and middle sandy beaches, some are equipped and others are free; while long beaches with Mediterranean green start to 2 km from Rosa Marina to Torre Canne of Fasano in natural reserve of Lido Morelli;

It also has a wide square, veranda where you can have dinner and relax yourselves, garden with typical green and trees, and from here there is a view on the sea

It has a dining room, a small kitchen with necessary utensils and crockery, a bedroom with a double bed and a small bathroom in room, second bedroom with two beds and on request a possibility to add another bed, second full bathroom with shower

There is a TV, a washing-machine, heater, garden, external shower, car park

It accepts animals

Villanova is a village where there are cafè, restaurants, bakeries, chemist, mini-market, tourist port and park for the children;

Ostuni town is to about 7 km where there all the services, super-market, banks and the historical center is the tourists meeting with many typical shops, characteristic trattorie, disco-pub, funs for the young people, famous cafè, you can reach easily with your car or the buses from the seaside to the town and return in the morning until the evening (in the summer days also in the night)

August reservations must be made for a minimum of two weeks, either the first two weeks , or the last two weeks. Alternatively, it is possible to reserve three consecutive weeks. For the weeks with the 15th of the August you must pay plus 10%
The prices include the cost of electricity, water and gas
Pre-payment is required for the final villa cleaning in the amount of Euro 30,00.
Upon request the owners provide bed linen
To secure a firm reservation a 30% pre-payment is requested. The 70% balance is due upon arrival. In addition to the basic rental fee, a security deposit of Euro 100.00 is requested.
In Winter the prices do not include the cost for heatings which will be calculated at the end of the rental period
Arrivals are from every Saturday (from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.). Departures are every Saturday (9 a.m.)
