this villa is about 700 meters from wonderful sandy beaches with Mediterranean green and they are well equipped with restaurant bar other services and you can also reach in small street of the village with the open small train in summer days from the villa to the beach and return

August reservations must be made for a minimum of two weeks, either the first two weeks , or the last two weeks. Alternatively, it is possible to reserve three consecutive weeks.
The prices include the cost of electricity, water and gas
Pre-payment is required for the final villa cleaning in the amount of Euro 40.00
To secure a firm reservation a 30% pre-payment is requested. The 70% balance is due upon arrival. In addition to the basic rental fee, a security deposit of Euro 200.00 is requested.
Upon request the owners provide bed linen
Arrivals are from every Saturday (from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.). Departures are every Saturday (9 a.m.)
