It has a veranda where you can have dinner or relax yourself, a dining room with sofa, a small kitchen with all necessary utensils and crockery, a full bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds (or a double bed), all the rooms have the windows and on superior floor a terrace with a view on the Adriatic Sea

Villanova is away about 7 km from Ostuni town where there are all the services, banks, super-market and the historical centre is also the tourists meeting with many typical shops, characteristic restaurants, disco-pub, funs for the young people, famous local and you can reach easily with your car or the buses from the seaside to the town and return in the morning until the evening (in the summer days also in the night)

August reservations must be made for a minimum of two weeks, either the first two weeks , or the last two weeks. Alternatively, it is possible to reserve three consecutive weeks.
The prices do not include the cost of electricity, water and gas (for a week Euro 30,00). Pre-payment is required for the final villa cleaning in the amount of Euro 30.00.
To secure a firm reservation a 30% pre-payment is requested. The 70% balance is due upon arrival. In addition to the basic rental fee, a security deposit of Euro 100.00 is requested
On request, if it is available, It possible to add a sofa bed (for every person weekly rate 30,00 euro)
Arrivals are from every Saturday (from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.). Departures are every Saturday (9 a.m.)
